This is a placeholder. The real guide lands with the relay and the mod (Phase 2 in the plan).

Host a game

1. Install the Loudroll mod in Claude Code (best supported today). It runs on your machine with your own AI account. (Install steps will be posted here once the mod is packaged.)
2. In Claude Code, run /tabletop start. Pick a world and your table settings (tone, rating, lines and veils).
3. Copy the invite link. It ends in #secret, and the secret stays in your friends' browser only.
4. Send the link. When a friend asks to join, you approve them.
5. Each round, everyone says what they do; the Game Master resolves it and the pixel world acts it out.

Join a game

Open your friend's link, choose a name and a hero, and wait to be let in. No account, no install. Try the join flow or the demo player.

Self-hosting

The relay is a small Cloudflare Worker and this site is static. Self-hosting guides come with the first public release. Every feature is available when you host it yourself.

Honest limits

• The Game Master is an AI run by the host. It can make mistakes.
• You are running the host's Claude, so the host's own AI plan covers the Game Master work.
